Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and FreeFlow ("FreeFlow", "we", "us"). They cover the FreeFlow website, your account, the API and the FreeFlow Harness app (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age to use online services where you live if that is higher.
• Give accurate information and keep your email address up to date.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal and can't be shared, sold or transferred.
• Keep your password and API keys secret. You're responsible for what happens under your account, including use of your keys. If a key leaks, revoke it in your dashboard straight away.

3. The Service and weekly credit

FreeFlow gives you access to some AI models with no usage cap and to others through a weekly credit (currently $50). Credit refills each Monday at 00:00 UTC and doesn't carry over.

Credit is a free promotional allowance. It has no cash value and can't be sold, transferred, exchanged or refunded. We may change which models are offered, model prices, the amount of credit, or any feature, and may limit usage to keep the Service running for everyone. We'll try to give notice of significant changes on the website or by email.

4. The Harness and ads

The Service is paid for by advertising shown in the FreeFlow Harness. Model requests are only available through the Harness. You agree not to:

• modify the Harness to hide, block or alter its ads;
• send model requests from any other software, or imitate the Harness to do so;
• reverse engineer the Harness or Service, except where the law allows it.

5. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and the usage policies of the model providers whose models you use. We may suspend or close accounts that break them.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you send to the Service (prompts, code, files) and of the output models return to you. You give us permission to process and transmit that content only as needed to run the Service. To answer a request, we send it to the model you chose through our model router (OpenRouter), and the model provider processes it under its own terms.

We don't store the content of your prompts or responses on our servers. See the Privacy Policy for details.

7. AI output and the coding agent

AI output can be wrong, incomplete, insecure or similar to other people's work. Review it before you rely on it, ship it or run it.

The Harness can read files in the folder you open and, with the permissions you choose, edit files and run commands on your computer. You're responsible for what you approve and for keeping backups. We recommend using version control, such as Git, for any project you open in the Harness.

8. Third-party models and services

Models are provided by third parties such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Moonshot AI, DeepSeek, Alibaba, Mistral AI, Meta, Z.ai and inclusionAI. FreeFlow isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them, and their names belong to them. A model may become unavailable or change without notice.

9. Ending your use

You can stop at any time and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if we must for legal reasons, or if your use risks harm to the Service or others. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers and limits of liability) continue after your account ends.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any model will be available.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, FreeFlow won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the greater of US$50 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

12. Indemnity

If you use the Service in breach of these Terms or the law and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim, to the extent the law allows.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll give notice on the website or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new Terms apply.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where FreeFlow is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes consumer protections you have under the law where you live.
